Mulberry Gap Midweek Stay

 
 

Your Midweek Stay at Mulberry Gap!

(Monday at 5pm - Thursday at 9am)

Thanks so much for reserving a midweek stay with us at Mulberry Gap! Your reservation includes time during our partial weekly closure. Tuesday and Wednesday serve as the “weekend” for the Mulberry Gap business. :) Some Staffed Services (meals, office hours, shuttles, and housekeeping) are not available from 5pm Monday through 9am Thursday. Here is all the useful information you’ll need to make the most of your stay during that time:

Office Hours:
Our Office will generally be open from:

  • 9am-6pm on Friday & Saturday

  • 9am-5pm on Thursday, Sunday, and Monday

  • CLOSED Tuesday, and Wednesday

    If the office is unlocked and open with a staff member present on any of those days you’re welcome to stop in with questions, for shopping, or maps. :)

WiFi / Phones:

  • Onsite High Speed Fiber WiFi-

  • You are also welcome to access the landline phone available 24/7 in The Barn in the corner by the TV.

Meals / Dining Out:

  • The last meal available to order is Sunday Breakfast. (Sunday To-Go Lunches can also be ordered for pick up right after breakfast.) There will be no onsite meals available throughout the midweek closure until Friday Dinner.

  • There are some weekends (few) when we will be hosting Thursday Dinner, Friday Breakfast, Friday Lunch, Sunday Dinner, Monday Breakfast, and Monday Lunch.

  • All cabins have a mini-fridge, microwave, and campfire circle. Campsite guests have a campfire circle and are welcome to store items in the shared fridge in The Barn.

  • All onsite guests are welcome to use the toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker all in The Barn. You’re also welcome to bring and use a propane stove, portable grill, or similar. So sorry, but we don’t have grills available for guest use onsite.

  • And, of course, nearby Ellijay offers a wide variety of dining options ranging from fast food, to pizza, to sushi, and everything in between!

Shuttles:

  • The last shuttle available to reserve is MONDAY at NOON. There will be no shuttle services available throughout the midweek closure until THURSDAY at 12:00pm. (10am shuttles MAY be possible, just ask)

  • As always, all the trails are accessible without our shuttle. You are welcome to self-shuttle to local trails, or simply ride straight out through our gates. :)

  • The onsite pump track, jumpline, and trail is available for your use.

Maintenance/Housekeeping: Standard maintenance/housekeeping support isn’t available throughout closure. If you have a maintenance or housekeeping emergency (no water/no electricity, serious hazard, etc.) you are welcome to call or text us at the emergency number located on your check-in page or use this link to our online fixit ticket: here. Please help us take good care of the property throughout weekly closure by picking up your litter and cleaning any messes you might make. :)

Self Check-In: Guests arriving when the office is closed will find a Self Check-In Packet in the After Hours Drop Box located outside The Barn . This packet will include information, maps, any keys if applicable, and the number of the on-call staff member who can be reached in an emergency.

Self Check-Out: If you are checking out when the office is closed, please drop off your key, if applicable, in the After Hours Drop Box located outside The Barn.

The Barn: The Barn will be open 24/7 during your stay! In The Barn you can find:

• Hot Tea/Instant Coffee Station

• Books & Games

• Shelter from Inclement Weather
