Mulberry Gap operates under Special Use Permit issued by the U.S. Forest Service.

Mulberry Gap offers a variety of shuttles to trailheads! We have a strict "no shame in shuttling" policy—save your legs for the downhill, ask for a lift! Your time is limited and we want to help you make the most of it. Space is limited. Walk-ins are welcome, however, to guarantee a space on the date and time you’d like, it’s a good idea to call, email, or book online in advance to ensure your seat.

Rates are per person. Shuttles themselves have no cost, however, the experience operate in two parts:

  • Part 1- The actual shuttle drive to the trailhead of your choice. There is no direct charge for this.

  • Part 2- Mulberry Gap will provide a brief Trail & Route Orientation at Mulberry Gap, prior to the shuttle drop off. This component has a cost, and the fees for this orientation session vary based on trailhead destination & number of guests.

When days/times do the shuttles run?

  • Thursday-Sunday: 10am, 12pm, 2pm

  • Monday: 10am & 12pm

  • Tuesday & Wednesday: no shuttles available

  • **PLEASE ARRIVE at least 15 minutes PRIOR to departure time.

How much do the orientations cost?

  • Our trail/route orientation pricing is on a SLIDING SCALE, with a lower cost the more folks who attend! Your payment today secures your spot, but there may be an ADDITIONAL CHARGE based on the number of individuals who end up taking this orientation and its accompanying included shuttle.

Shuttle & TRAIL/route orientation Cancellation Policy

 
 

+ Less than 40 Miles Roundtrip

  • Cancellations for shuttles given with at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled start time will incur a $5/person cancellation fee. The remainder of your deposit will be issued to you as a credit voucher that can be used towards any future booking within the next year.
  • Any cancellations for shuttles that are requested with less than 72 hour cut off time will not receive a credit or refund. 
  • Changes to your drop/pick-up location or time may incur an additional fee which will be determined by a member of our management team.
  • This policy applies to every situation (weather, mechanicals, rider mishaps, etc). Thank you for your understanding.

+ More than 40 Miles Roundtrip

  • Cancellations requested with 72+ hours prior to departure will incur a $15/person cancellation fee. The remainder of your deposit will be issued to you as a credit voucher that can be used towards any future booking within the next year.
  • Any cancellations requested with less than 72 hours prior to departure will not receive a credit or refund. 
  • Changes to your drop/pick-up location or time may incur an additional fee.
  • This policy applies to every situation (weather, mechanicals, rider mishaps, etc).
