Each of our 8 campsites is under a thick canopied forest for shade. Whether you're pulling a 30-ft Airstream, a teardrop trailer, pop-up camper, have a roof top tent, living the van life, or camping the old fashioned way in a tent or hammock we've got a spot for you.

+ What's the largest size camper you can handle?
- Due to the layout of the property, we can accept one 30-foot rig at Group Camp 1 (no electric, water, septic) and one 25-foot rig at Group Camp 2 (only electric, no water, septic). We can also accommodate a variety of smaller campers and roof top tent set ups. If we don't fit your needs, see our friends at Fort Mountain State Park a few miles up the road. You can still visit us daily and have access to shuttles, etc.
+ What if I don't have my own rig?
- Check out our friends over at Outshine Adventures and Nomad be Happy campervan rentals in Chattanooga. Not only do they rent adventure vans, they'll deliver and set up the rig at one of our campsites or you can pick up in Chattanooga to travel at your own pace and bring your bikes with you. With two sizes to choose from (medium or large) you're bound to find the adventure van that's right for you and your crew. Both sizes can seat/sleep up to 4 people.
+ Is There a Minimum Stay?
- Yes, all campsites require a two-night minimum during weekends and holidays. If you have a one-night request during the week, inquire at 706-698-2865 or reservations@mulberrygap.com.
+ Are you Pet Friendly? What is your Pet Policy?
Pets are allowed in campsites and cabins. Clean up after your pet and keep them restrained if necessary so they are not a nuisance or threat to other guests or dogs. If your dog will be joining you on the trails, and has not had experience on gravel trails and roads, you may consider shoes for them.
If at a campsite, they must be kept on a leash or runner. Fees are $10/per pet, per night.
If in a cabin, please bring a blanket for them to lay on to protect our rugs and bedding. Fees are $20/per pet, per night.
We do not offer boarding or dog-sitting services while you ride.

+ Do you offer midweek rates?
- Yes, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night stays are charged at a reduced rate.
+ What qualifies an Adult vs. Child?
- Adult = Age 12 y/o + up
- Child = Age 11 y/o + under
- Free = Age 4 + under

Standard High Season: March 22-July 9, 2024 & August 29-December 3, 2024 (along with long weekends or holidays)
Discounted Low Season: February 29 - March 21, 2024, July 10 - August 28, 2024, and December 4th -Close. (excluding long weekends and holidays)

Each campsite (4 in total) comes with one 12’x12’ tent pad, one picnic table, and a fire pit.
Weekends - Low Season: $19 per person / night High Season: $23 per person / night - 1 person min
Mid-Week - Low Season: $14 per person / night High Season: $18 per person / night - 1 person min
This site is perfect for up to 2 guests with smaller tents or hammocks. If you are a group or family of more than 2 and are confident that you can all fit together in the space available (12x12 tent pad), you are welcome to book more folks up to 4 total! These sites do not have electric and are considered primitive as they’re located across a small brook and cars must be parked ~ 50 yards away (within sight).

This site can accommodate up to a 20-foot RV, trailer or pop-up camper. This site has a standard and 30-amp plug which has an additional $5/night fee, but no water/septic hook-ups.
*Please Be Aware - this campsite has a gravel base. If sleeping in a tent or on the ground, be sure to come prepared with a sleeping pad, an air mattress, off-the-ground cot, or other set up for your comfort. We also suggest bringing a tarp to place underneath your tent for an extra moisture barrier.

This option is intended for folks who will be sleeping IN/ON the vehicle. (Car, Van, Truck, RTT, etc.)

Mid-Week - Low Season: $13 per person / night High Season: $17 per person / night - 1 person min
Car/Van Camping involves a simples parking space in one of our paved or gravel areas. There is NOT a dedicated firepit or picnic table, and these spaces are not generally large enough to set up outside furniture or an awning. There will often be other vehicles parked beside or in front/back of your vehicle. HOWEVER- you'll have access to ALL the onsite amenities at Mulberry Gap! Shared firepits, showerhouses, The Barn lounge with TV/Tables/hammocks/sofas, hot tubs, Fridge & Microwave in The Barn, bike wash station, and more.
