Thanks so much for reserving a stay at Mulberry Gap! Here’s all the information you’ll need to make the most of your visit:

THE BARN - Drive up the paved driveway and you’ll see the red building on the left. This is The Barn. (It’s open 24/7, and there’s coffee, tea, TV, a landline phone, guest fridge, etc. inside!)

SELF CHECK IN STATION - On the front of The Barn, facing the parking lot, is the self-check in station. You’ll find a printed copy of this check in information along with keys to your cabin in the self-check in box on the front side of The Barn. If you run into any difficulty, just give us a call from the landline phone inside The Barn. :)

Checking in for Car/Van camping? You can set up your fully contained car/van camping in any of the parking spaces marked as:

ONSITE Meals:

During our 2025 season, the most common meal service schedule is as follows:

  • Friday - Dinner

  • Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

  • Sunday - Breakfast and Lunch

  • Check out THIS WEEKEND’S MENU and let us know if you’d like to reserve a seat for any of the meals, :)

  • There will be no onsite meals available throughout the midweek (Sunday night through Friday afternoon).

DINING OUT:

  • Nearby Ellijay offers a wide variety of dining options ranging from fast food, to pizza, to sushi, and everything in between!

COOKING ON YOUR OWN:

  • All cabins have a mini-fridge, microwave, and campfire circle.

  • Campsites have a campfire circle with grates and are welcome to store items in the shared fridge in The Barn.

  • All midweek guests are welcome to use the toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate in The Barn to assist with meal prep on the days we’re not offering meal service. You’re also welcome to bring and use a propane stove, portable grill, or similar.

  • You can also rent a cooking kit!

Rides, Routes, & Trails:

  • Looking for the best places to ride, hike, or run? You can check out our TRAILS AND MAPS page for tons of ideas, suggestions, in printable or downloadable routes.

Shuttles:

  • During our 2025 season, the shuttle schedule is as follows:

    • Thursday - 12pm & 2pm *with advance notice, a 10am shuttle may be possible

    • Friday-Sunday - 10am, 12pm, and 2pm

    • Monday - 10am & 12pm *with advance notice, a 2pm shuttle may be possible

  • There will be no shuttle services available throughout the midweek closure.

  • As always, all of the National Forest trails are accessible without our shuttle. You are welcome to self-shuttle to local trails, or simply ride straight out through our gates.

  • The onsite pump track, jump line, and trail is available for your use.

MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING:

  • Standard maintenance/housekeeping support generally isn’t available after regular business hours. If you have a maintenance or housekeeping emergency (no water/no electricity, serious hazard, etc.) please call or text us (770-769-5514) or use this link to our ONLINE FIX-IT TICKET if it isn’t a serious issue..

SELF CHECK-OUT:

  • If you are checking out when the office is closed, please drop off your key, if applicable, in the After Hours Drop Box located outside The Barn.

THE BARN:

The Barn will be open 24/7 during your stay! In The Barn you can find:

  • Landline Phone- make or receive calls anytime! (706.698.2864)

  • DirectTV (including the Sports Package)

  • Hot & Cold Water dispense

  • Hot Tea & Instant Coffee Station & Hot Chocolate (seasonal)

  • Books & Board Games

  • Shelter from Inclement Weather

  • Guest Fridge & Microwave

  • Sink for Hand/Dishwashing (please toss waste in the trash and not down the sink).

  • Wii Gaming System

HOT TUBS:

  • Two hot tubs onsite are available for all overnight guests and are located in near the Trail’s End, Laurel’s Rest, and Pinhoti Way cabins.
