1. December 30th - Poker Run Festivities end around 4:00 pm.

2. December 31st - New Years celebration at Mulberry Gap. Festivities end around 1:00 am.

3. January 1st - New Year's Day Ride with Cartecay Bike Shop.

Details about the Fireball Fiasco Poker Run:

The ride will depart at 10:00 am. The route will be unknown to you throughout the day but will be limited to about 15 miles. You will follow markers immediately upon your departure from Mulberry Gap and will have options throughout the entire ride to earn points. Points will be recorded on a card handed out prior to departure. Upon your return, you will get a card for every point earned. The best five card hand wins. In case of a tie-breaker, we have a handful of ridiculous competitions so come prepared.

Points will be awarded for various tasks, skills, and general participation level during the event. Twirling, a go-get-um attitude, and tutus will count as extra points.

The cost of participation is $15.00 per child / $20.00 per adult to cover supplies and prizes.

We are not offering lunch during this event to keep costs down. We would like to ask everyone to participate in a pot-luck and bring a dish, drinks, or side to contribute. Please leave a comment on our Facebook event stating what you intend to bring so we don't end up with 10 liters of coke and 44 dozen Christmas cookies.

We will serve our regular meals; breakfast at 8:30 am and dinner at 6:00 pm. You may add these meals on to your reservation.
